The billing model in plain language.

What counts as an active minute?

Active minutes are the total time the user is speaking plus the total time the AI is speaking during a live voice session. Silence and idle connection time are not billed.

When does standalone TTS billing apply?

Standalone TTS pricing applies when the platform generates new audio outside a live call for saved or reusable output, such as story generation. Basic custom-voice previews are not billed.

How do credits work?

Credits are prepaid at a 1:1 USD ratio and deducted as usage happens. The dashboard Payments page lets you top up balance and review transactions.
