Active minutes are the total time the user is speaking plus the total time the AI is speaking during a live voice session. Silence and idle connection time are not billed.
Standalone TTS pricing applies when the platform generates new audio outside a live call for saved or reusable output, such as story generation. Basic custom-voice previews are not billed.
